Staten Island Expressway to the Verrazano Bridge to the Gowanus Expressway to the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel. Upon exiting the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel, bear left to the FDR drive (through underpass). Go to first exit South Street. Upon exiting there is a fork in the road a the traffic light, bear left, making a left at light. Make a right onto Broad Street. At next light, make a right onto Water Street. Proceed north St. James Place. Turn right onto madison Street. Turn right onto Catherine Street. Turn left onto Monroe Street.
